Account or organizer request
Email us from the address associated with your Workfluz account. Identify the organization and event, and state whether you want to delete a channel connection, communications history or the full account. We may verify your authority before deleting shared organizational data.

Contact the organizer responsible for the event because that organizer controls attendee records. If you cannot reach the organizer, contact Workfluz with the event and order reference so we can route the request without exposing data to an unauthorized person.
Meta-connected data
When Meta sends a valid signed deletion request, Workfluz creates a confirmation code, removes matching local connection credentials and communications data, and exposes a status URL for that request. A request may remain pending while integrity and authorization checks complete.
Limits
Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Deletion from Workfluz does not automatically delete information held independently by an organizer or another provider.
