1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and authorize only team members who need access. You are responsible for activity performed through your organization and connected channels.
2. Event and attendee responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for their events, offers, notices, attendee permissions, message content, refund obligations and compliance with applicable consumer, marketing and data-protection rules.
3. Messaging channels
Use connected channels only for lawful, expected communications. You must comply with Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Brevo and other provider policies, including consent, template, quality and opt-out requirements. Workfluz may pause a connection that threatens users, the platform or provider standing.
4. Automation and AI
You remain responsible for automated actions and messages. Configure appropriate human review, do not use automation for prohibited or deceptive conduct, and promptly take over conversations where safety, financial, legal or sensitive decisions require a person.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but third-party platforms and networks can change, delay or interrupt functionality. Features may be updated to preserve security, compliance or compatibility. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for security incidents, non-payment, provider restrictions, unlawful conduct or material breach. You may disconnect channels and close your account subject to outstanding obligations and legally required retention.
